April weekends in Pitt County, N.C. are set for rabies clinics that offer the required vaccination at low cost.
‘Tis the season for rabies clinics in many municipalities, and Pitt County in North Carolina is no exception. A rabies clinic will be held April 17 at the town of Grimesland Fire Department.
On April 23 and 24, veterinarians across Pitt County will offer rabies vaccinations at their clinics at fixed prices: $5 for pets, $10 for livestock. Call your veterinarian ahead of time for times.
Be sure to bring all your pet’s information with you to the clinic. And, I’m sure you know this already, but make sure your pet is on a leash or in a carrier when you go to either the rabies clinic or the vet’s office.
